Here is a potential supplier of technology for suspension and drive components of the proposed (and yet-unnamed) vehicle described in my first post. The suspension components ("ServoRams") are obvious; the drive component I visualize is a variation on the "Slotted Ram" product line in which the configuration is a closed, flexible loop that would form a "tank tread" analog, with a continuous tread attached to the protruding fins.
